Plot Summary
In 1912 Vienna, Brain makes an appointment with the famed psychiatrist Dr. Sigmund Freud so he can hypnotize him and use him to gain control over Emporer Franz Josef, who Dr. Freud is treating for depression. Instead, Brain ends up talking about his childhood and why he really wants to take over the world.
